World Space Week

From the 4th – 10th October, Year 6 delved into World Space Week and completed a number of great activities. Over two lessons, the children hypothesised, observed and concluded what would happen to the circuit in an astronaut’s suit if it was broken. We made series circuits and parallel circuits and deduced that a parallel circuit would work best as it is more of a ‘fail-safe’ structure (if one component breaks, the others will continue to work).
