Well-being in Year 6

Year 6 spent some of their Friday afternoon doing yoga. The children began with some breathing exercises before moving into a yoga flow. We worked on building strength in our bodies whilst releasing tension. Our Year 6 pupils are working extremely hard at the moment so it is only right that they enjoy some well-deserved down time too. The session ended with a beautiful relaxation; they children donned their eye pillows and spent time lying on their mats, feeling the benefits of the poses they had worked through. We even had Ethan, our wonderful photographer for the class, capturing some precious moments.
