Today’s school council meeting was a packed agenda! Councillors gave feedback from the STRAND partnership local history project and looked at a range of photos and documents from the last 100 years within school! The pupils were fascinated to see the names and the uniforms in the past.
Also on today’s agenda was a focus on the parking issues and feedback from the meeting with local Sefton councillors this week, which some school council representatives attended. The idea to hold a slogan/banner competition was decided upon and the pupils liked the idea of joining Mr Dinsdale outside school checking the speed of cars going by.
Well done to all of the school councillors for great contributions and ideas.
